Your experience

  1. Welcome drink & Czech specialties

    We begin with a warm welcome and a welcome drink, followed by a tasting of traditional Czech specialties: homemade sausages, traditional cheeses, homemade pickles, jams and fresh homemade bread.

  2. Three traditional Czech recipes

    Then we cook together. You’ll prepare three simple traditional Czech recipes, including Czech dumplings and a traditional dessert. The third recipe is a surprise. Together, they become part of our tasting and dinner experience.

  3. Moravian wines & Czech dinner

    We’ll also explore Moravian wines from Moravia, a historic region of the Czech Republic, as I introduce you to selected Moravian winemakers and the stories behind their wines. The experience continues with a traditional Czech dinner prepared in advance by me, allowing you to relax, enjoy the food and continue sharing stories around the table.

  4. Dessert, coffee & tea

    Dessert, coffee and tea complete the experience. Every guest receives a Bret’s Table digital cookbook as a special gift. I’ve created the recipes so you can cook them almost anywhere in the world, using ingredients from an everyday supermarket.

Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary preferences and requirements can be beautifully accommodated. Please share them with us in advance, and your meal will be prepared with care especially for you.
